The Situation

Strong northerlies lie over the majority of the country as a front moves over the North Island and upper South Island today, as a low sits to the southwest of the country. The aforementioned front moves away to the east on Monday. A complex trough moves over the country late Monday, with disturbed southwesterlies on Tuesday and Wednesday.
